The Delta Fire Protection District

Delta Fire Protection District was established on January 27, 1947 by authority of the Health and Safety Code Section 13801. Delta Fire Protection District contracts to the Rio Vista Fire Department for all services consisting of paramedics, fire and rescue services, as well as prevention services. Delta Fire Protection District serves the Delta residents of Sherman Island and parts of Brannan Island and Twitchell Island. We are located on the southern tip of Sacramento County. Budgets and audits are available upon request.
Meeting Agendas

All meetings will be held at 4:15 pm at the Rio Vista Fire Department, 350 Main Street, Rio Vista, CA 94571.

Special meetings may be held throughout the year for urgent business with proper notice.

Delta Fire Protection District board meetings follow the format and guidelines as laid out by Roberts Rules, and comply with the Brown Act.
